Zoe Fellowship

Having PANDAS can be really difficult and can sometimes feel like a dark tunnel. At the London PANS Clinic and Research Centre, we care about patients during treatment, but also after. We want to be sure that having PANDAS doesn’t paint your whole identity and that you can still have opportunities and experiences as everyone else does. The Zoe Fellowship is a new 12 month programme we have created, and it’s the first of its type in this field of health as of 2025. Dr Ubhi was born and brought up in Kenya. In Swahili, the word ‘Oozoego’ means experience, which is exactly what this fellowship is about.

You will be hands on as soon as you start, immediately being involved in ongoing projects and helping us improve the work we do with your unique perspective! Now, we understand each person is different, so in the application process, we will see what your strengths and weaknesses are, what type of work you are interested in and how you would like to grow during this fellowship. With this information, your role will be altered to fit you and help you develop.

Be over 19.

Be able to come in to the London offices.

Be ambitious, hard working and a beacon of hope for current patients.

What do you get out of this?

By the end of this fellowship, you will have had a year’s worth of experience, having a real impact. You would have been involved in projects related to the clinic in roles tailored to your future aspirations. You will receive a reference by Dr Ubhi, which can be used for future job applications. You will also get the opportunity to be a part of a team who really care about the work they do and who are pushing for top quality care and research for PANDAS.
